I am over the moon to perform for your school!
A little background, I am JC Coccoli. A Pittsburgh born, Venice Beach based Comedian, Writer, Producer, and Activist. I dig kindness, meditation, science, and outer space which is the inspiration behind my recent work: Mindfulness mutates Comedy.
I have worked for thirteen years throughout the globe. I regularly gig in LA at the Venice Fringe Stand up show every Wednesday, the Upright Citizen's Brigade Theater in Hollywood and NYC, and ever so often, The Laugh Factory and Improv comedy clubs when they miss me.
I have geared my comedy work in the verticals beauty, fashion & human rights. Whether it was for Maker Studios’ beauty channel, The PlatformYT, Nacho Punch & The Station (Maker’s Comedy channels), or staffed as Supervising Producer for Fashion Stylist to the stars, Rachel Zoe, for her Late Night Talk Show on the Lifetime network, I spent my career dedicated to fine tuning my work ethic.
My years of producing live events & shows throughout the globe (including in Miami for Art Basel, Melbourne Australia for the month long Melbourne International Comedy Festival, Bonnaroo in Tennessee, panels for SXSW & Comic Con plus Comedy Festivals in Copenhagen, Denmark) have broadened my skill set allowing me to become a self-sufficient, proactive, problem-solving comedian and producer with a positive frame of mind and a finger on the pulse of existing trends and those to come.
When I am not producing, I am a Professional Touring Stand up comedian.

My philanthropic work is alongside Gloria Steinem for Equalitynow.org (which is a foundation working towards equal rights for women and girls ) and through that I have had the tremendous opportunity to mentor young women on the business of comedy writing, performing and creating. The takeaway: I am happy to be considered for this position
