Electronic calendars - students & staff use

Looking for your suggestions on one single electronic calendar program that both staff and students in the office can add calendar events to, keep their weekly meetings listed, edit if needed; needs also to be able to print nicely, in a monthly calendar format.  Something other than Google...  Willing to pay for a program if needed.

    Kris...

We have been frustrated by this search as well.

So far, the most recent version of Outlook (in the Office 2007) has been the best we have been able to figure out.  You can create shared calendars (i.e. one calendar for your Program Board that you share with one group of people and then another for your SGA that may be used by different people) in Outlook and then using a "Calendar Printing Assistant" you can download for free through Microsoft you can combine all of the shared calendars into one document.

That has been good for us so far, but the search for products is pretty frustrating.  I think one of us campus activities folks needs to create something and make some $$!
