Hello all! I am currently working in the Center for Multicultural Education and Programming at NYU and I have been charged with researching best practices of successful programming boards across the nation, as the office here is looking to implement a programming board. In particular, we are interested in creating a board that focuses on programming and education around diversity.  If anyone has experience advising a programming board, or experience working with a diverse student body, or any advice or suggestions for a successful programming board, it would be greatly appreciated.  Any help that anyone might be able to offer, whether it be referring me to articles, books, or people, I would greatly appreciate it.  Also, if anyone has any models or resources they could refer me to, that would be great as well! Thanks so much!
