Good day to you all,

I work with Hollins University and we are currently in the process of creating a handbook for Advisors of clubs and organizations on campus. I was wondering if anyone could give some ideas or feedback of experiences in such a situation.

Hello all!

The Division of Student Affairs had a (long) meeting about the impending H1N1 ... whatever you may want to call it. This made me start thinking about what my obligation is when it comes to performers. If a serious outbreak occurs, do I cancel events both for the audience and performer's health and well-being?

What are your thoughts/action plans?

Easy Art Presentations for Art Show with no gallery.

I am working with my GAs to plan art exhibits at our Downtown Center as part of the Binghamton First Friday Art Walks. I need ideas for traveling shows that are easy to put on since there isn't a gallery, just an empty room (no hanging things on a wall, but easels are do-able).

I remember seeing an exhibit one time that was comprised of audio stations where you could listen to personal stories and then there were casts of their faces that were also displayed. Anyone else ever see that?

I'm working on getting sections of the Aids Quilt, we've done photography a million times and trying to partner with the art faculty and students for some reason has proven nearly impossible in the last two years of working with this program. This has made it necessary to look beyond the University for options.

Any help you can give would be appreciated!
